Moyé holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership and brings more than 30 years of successful grant writing, program implementation, and international management experience. A seasoned consultant and executive leader, she has advised academic institutions, nonprofit organizations, and community-based initiatives on leadership development, strategic planning, and organizational effectiveness. Her expertise includes leading diverse, multidisciplinary teams; directing complex, grant-funded programs; advancing change management initiatives; and building sustainable communication and governance structures. She currently serves as president of the African Heritage Studies Association, reflecting her enduring commitment to academic excellence and community-engaged scholarship.
