Renowned for his adeptness in fostering strong relationships to drive community and organizational success, Stan's leadership roles in Corporate America, notably as the Southern Regional Equal Opportunity (Diversity) Manager and Southeastern Community Relations Manager at IBM, have significantly contributed to the company's business accomplishments and esteemed community reputation. His tenure as the USDOE Southeastern Regional Representative during the Clinton Administration further underscores his commitment to enhancing education across eight Southeastern states. Noteworthy achievements include transforming the Atlanta Committee for Public Education into the Local Education Agency (LEA) for Atlanta Public Schools and serving as the Community Relations Manager, where he fostered community trust and support for Rockdale County Public Schools. Stan is a graduate of Knoxville College in Tennessee and holds an Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from Nova Southeastern University in Florida.

With a career spanning over five decades, Hare is an engineer, computer scientist, and educational researcher with a profound impact. Having studied electrical engineering and philosophy at Wayne State University's Monteith College, his journey led him to pioneering roles at esteemed companies such as IBM, Control Data, Memorex, Intel, and Siemens. While at Control Data, Hare collaborated with supercomputer pioneer Seymour Cray at his Chippewa Falls research laboratory. Initially focusing his education research on developing solutions for the "Digital Divide" in school districts, Hare concentrates on addressing the "Bloom 2 Sigma" problem in large school districts, employing breakthrough technology to drive impactful change.
